No matter what exercise 🏋️♀️ you are doing, keep your mind in the game. Focus on your body, engage those muscles 💪. Don’t get distracted, stay in control.

No mater how disciplined you are, if you aren’t having fun with your workouts, your going to give up. 👎
Find a buddy, post on social media, change up the workouts. Whatever it takes for you to enjoy it. 😃
Focus forward! Set your goals and take the steps you need to take every day to keep moving towards them.
It’s a simple rule that applies to any and every goal, but requires discipline.
Don’t miss your workout. If you workout first thing in the morning. Sleep in your gym clothes or place them next to your bed.
Keep your diet on point. Set time aside to pre-prep your foods. Take your lunch to work, don’t eat out.
Drink enough water 💦. Set reminders throughout the day to drink a glass.
If you know you will eat a bag of chips in the evening. Don’t buy the chips when you go grocery shopping!
Discipline is simply being proactive in preventing your own excuses! You know your patterns, you know what you have to do stay on target 🎯
