Didn’t want to do it this morning…

Didn’t want to do it this morning. Bed πŸ›Œ was too comfy and sleep 😴 felt too good. Not to mention, total body soreness from the last couple days. Got up and got it done βœ… anyway. πŸ’ͺ This is why it’s good to have short “recovery” workouts built into the schedule. Gets the ❀️ pumping and increased blood flow into the muscles so they can repair, without overdoing it.

Be to tired 😴 to get up in the morning
Be to tired 😴 to plan meals
Have more important stuff to doπŸ’»
Be too busy in general πŸ’₯
Have sore knees πŸƒ
Think lifting πŸ’ͺ weights was lame πŸ˜’ Have a lot of EXCUSES! πŸ›Œ
