Focus forward! Set your goals and take the steps you need to take every day to keep moving towards them.
It’s a simple rule that applies to any and every goal, but requires discipline.
Don’t miss your workout. If you workout first thing in the morning. Sleep in your gym clothes or place them next to your bed.
Keep your diet on point. Set time aside to pre-prep your foods. Take your lunch to work, don’t eat out.
Drink enough water 💦. Set reminders throughout the day to drink a glass.
If you know you will eat a bag of chips in the evening. Don’t buy the chips when you go grocery shopping!
Discipline is simply being proactive in preventing your own excuses! You know your patterns, you know what you have to do stay on target 🎯

I don’t like taking rest days. It used to be the other way around, everyday was rest day and exercise was a bad word. By the end of my first month of BodyBeast however, I didn’t want to take my rest day. I wanted to hit those weights, there were even a few times that […]
We all do it, eat without thinking until one day we look in the mirror and think. “Where did all that weight come from?” But what if the weight isn’t the problem, what if you could be the same weight or heavier, but without the bulging midriff? Well that’s exactly the case. A pound of […]
The short answer is a resounding YES. Try to stay on diet, drink Shakeology every day and lift heavy. Results will follow. This isn’t a weight loss program, it’s a muscle building one so the scale isn’t a good indicator of progress but over the last 3 three months I have lost 14lbs. I say […]
