My Lord did I miss that workout! 🏋️‍♀️ BodyBeast Build Chest/Tris. It’s good to be beasting up again. My Chest and Tris were on FIRE 🔥 by the end. Not to mention Sagi’s sense of humor. Which is right up my ally. The producers of Hammer and Chisel seemed to restrict him to hair jokes, but in BodyBeast, he’s free and does a good job of razzing the guys. Right Barbie? The down side is tomorrow is build legs. Which will kill me. But I’ll get through it and be better off for it. I managed to raise the weight on a few sets, a nice difference from when I last did this at the beginning of April, and generally felt stronger throughout. I’m likely going to have to invest in some heavier dumbbells soon. Mine max out at 40lbs, which isn’t the best for things like squats and deadlifts. Going to kill it tomorrow!
