I can’t this. I can’t that.

I can’t this. I can’t that. I used to be full of “I cant’s”: I can’t get up that early I can’t pack a healthy lunch for work I can’t not snack in the evening I can’t run that far or long I can’t lift those weights I can’t exercise I can’t, I can’t, I can’t. And I don’t as right. Until I tried and found that I in fact could! Saying “I can’t” is a self full filling prophesy, negativity that beats down your own self confidence and worth. Never, never tell yourself you can’t do something that other people are doing. If any other human can do it, so can you! And always remember the immortal words of Master Yoda. “Do or do not. Their is no try.”
